Review: June workshop

This month our workshop was led by James Wright.

Starting almost immediately with a series of quick drawing exercises, James took us through an exploration of form, tone and shape as we tackled the man-made objects we had brought to the workshop.

The workshop was useful for beginners and experienced artists alike - we explored one, two and three-point perspective but James' impressive command of art history meant that each point was referenced with the relevant painters from the past.

As usual the group created a diverse and beautiful range of work.
